We are a team of individuals who believe persons with disabilities deserve the same opportunities as the rest of society. We have decided to make those opportunities a reality through the services we offer. Our team will go above and beyond to make certain each individual in attendance attains their goals. We are determined to help our participants in their individual goal attainment whether personal, educational or vocational. We accomplish this through a person-centered approach. Should our team lack the skills to help a particular participant with a specialized condition, or need, we will outsource this training. Our team believes that participants are not adjuncts of society but are a very vital and instrumental part of society. Our team will make sure all participants are interacting and staying involved on a daily basis. Our team will assist participants in the enhancement of vocational, educational, social and life skills to ensure each individual develops the confidence needed to successfully function in society.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

As the CEO and owner of this amazing
organization, I believe I am uniquely
positioned by God to offer an environment where individuals can be themselves and
to be in a space where respect and dignity is paramount. It is my daily goal to allow
everyone enrolled to have a voice and to
be the leader in their daily program
activities. I believe their day should be
designed around their choices and not
dictated but instead decided upon by their likes and preferences. I have a
responsibility to help each of them build
upon their unique abilities and to ensure
their independence. It is our responsibility as an organization to help each enrolled
participant develop their abilities through
social engagement, community
integration, inclusivity, life skills
development, educational growth, and
vocational opportunities.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Wymika Taylor
Program director<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have been a part of the healthcare community for over 25 years. Working in different areas such as nursing homes, hospitals, clinics, and day center facilities. While working as a CMA on the PCU floor is where I truly found my passion. I wanted to help the people coming in with mental disabilities and behavioral issues. I wanted to be their voice and make the world a little brighter. I began out in group homes with individuals teaching them basic life skills and making sure they found joy in learning and doing somethings out in the community.  I went from becoming the team lead to accepting an Assistant Director position which created space for me to flourish in the IDD community. Assisting the participants in obtaining their goals and achieve small tasks has giving me such joy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My plans for L.O.L. Life of Liberty are to bring more awareness to the facility by engaging in community activities. Using my rapport with different support coordinators to make L.O.L. Life of Liberty their first chose when choosing CAG services for their clients. I want our participants to be recognized for achieving outstanding greatness when out in the community. Together, we will become the number one day center in South GA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Things I love to do is attend church, cook, travel and spend time with my family. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Imari Daniels<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Assistant program director<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Imari Daniels serves as the Assistant Director at Life of Liberty in Moultrie, Georgia, where she supports daily operations and works to ensure the safety, well-being, and quality of services provided to each participant. With over three years of professional experience in the human services field, Imari has worked as a therapist serving children and families involved in the foster care system, a DFCS family facilitator, and a behavioral aide supporting children with and without intellectual and developmental disabilities. These roles have allowed her to develop strong skills in behavioral support, family engagement, and trauma-informed care. Imari earned her Bachelor\u2019s degree in Psychology from Valdosta State University and is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work at Valdosta State University. She is deeply committed to serving her community and advocating for vulnerable populations, with a strong passion for empowering individuals and families through support, education, and compassionate care.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
