Dear Families,
Welcome to Life Of Liberty – Moultrie, Georgia, a program built with heart, purpose, and a deep connection to this community. We are honored to partner with you and to support your loved one on their journey toward confidence, fulfillment, and meaningful independence.
Life Of Liberty began with a single moment right here in Georgia — a moment that changed the direction of our founder Debra Howard’s life. While working in public safety and law enforcement, Debra responded to a case in Moultrie that opened her eyes to a powerful truth:
individuals with developmental disabilities deserve to be taught the essential skills that support independence and safety.
That experience planted the seed that later grew into the first Life Of Liberty program in Oceanside, California. Years later, Debra felt a calling to return to the place that shaped her upbringing, her character, and ultimately her purpose. Though she no longer lives in Moultrie, her heart has remained deeply connected to this community.
Opening Life Of Liberty – Moultrie was her way of giving back — creating a program that empowers individuals, supports families, and honors the people and experiences that inspired her journey.
Our Georgia location is built on the same foundational values:
